PA12 IS A SOLID THERMOPLASTIC FOR FUNCTIONAL PARTS OF ALL KINDS.

PA12 is a thermoplastic polymer that is often used for 3D printing. It is characterised by high strength, rigidity and good abrasion and shear resistance. It is also resistant to many chemicals, oils and solvents, making it ideal for applications in many industries.

TPU (THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMER)
TPU IS A SOFT AND ELASTIC MATERIAL WHICH HAS MANY AREAS OF APPLICATION

 

TPU is suitable for the manufacture of flexible, elastic or shock-absorbing products. Resistant to oils and greases, it also has a high resistance to weathering.

Selective laser sintering (SLS)
THE POWDER BED-BASED 3D PRINTING PROCESS DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY SUPPORT STRUCTURES.

 

Material available in powder form, is fed into the machine and applied via a roller in the printing area. A laser beam fuses the components layer by layer. Once each fused layer has been completed, the build platform lowers by one layer thickness and the process is repeated.
