After finishing her apprenticeship at the Seifert Logistics Group, Rebekka P. gained valuable practical experience in scheduling and soon took on additional tasks.

A year in IT and her active role in the project to introduce the TMS software laid the foundation for her future career. Today, Rebekka P. heads the Transport Operation Management department and is responsible for optimizing operational processes. Through programs such as the Advanced Management Program (AMP), the Seifert Logistics Group specifically supports the development of its employees and offers long-term career prospects.
